How to Check Pending Time Dependent Workflow Action?
Salesforce Workflow Rules support immediate action as well as Time Dependent action. Immediate Workflow Action Executed Immediately at Run time but Time dependent not. So here , I will tell you how to find pending jobs of Time Dependent WorkFlow Action. From Salesforce Classic : 1. Go to Setup 2. In the " Quick Find Box " , Type Time-Based Workflow . 3. Now here you can set any Filter creteria. 4. Then Click Search to view all pending Jobs for any Time dependent Workflow Action. From Lightning Experience : 1. Click gear icon. 2. Select Setup . 3. In the 'Quick Find' box, Type Time-Based Workflow. 4. Under Environments | Monitoring, select Time-Based Workflow . 5. Now here you can set any Filter creteria. 6. Then Click Search to view all pending Jobs for any Time dependent Workflow Action.
